What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Leasing Specialist position at AppleOne Employment Services?
Lease and renew commercial properties (retail, industrial, office).
Negotiate and finalize leases, maximizing revenue.
Build and maintain tenant and industry relationships.
Conduct market research and develop marketing materials.
Analyze market trends and competitor properties.
Prepare and present leasing proposals to executives.
Track and report on leasing activity.
Collaborate with internal teams (property management, legal, etc.).
Manage the entire leasing process from negotiation to rent collection.
Qualifications:
Experience In Commercial Real Estate Leasing (2-3 Years Preferred).
Knowledge of local market and industry relationships.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Bachelor's Degree (Business or Real Estate preferred).
Real Estate Salesperson license (NC preferred).
