Accounts Payable & Project Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role blends accounts payable management and project coordination, providing an exciting opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial recordkeeping.
- Coordinate and support construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, project managers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor and update project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Assist in document management, including contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Prepare and maintain financial and project status reports for internal use.
- Address and resolve invoice, payment, or project-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Project Coordination is required.
- Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
