What You’ll Do:
Lead cost accounting operations and mentor a dedicated team
Ensure accuracy in standard costs, inventory, and margin analysis
Partner with operations on audits and efficiency studies
Analyze freight, labor, and overhead costs for better profitability
Support pricing strategy, forecasts, and executive reporting
Drive ERP Implementation (SAP Experience Preferred)
Identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA or Master’s preferred)
5 years of experience, including 1–3 years in a leadership role
Manufacturing And ERP Experience Preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
