Role Description:
This is an entry to mid-level, full-time role located onsite in the company's Fernandina Beach, FL main office, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after 1 year of employment.
The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing export documentation, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating ocean exports.
MUST-Have Qualifications:
Very strong ability to pay close attention to details.
Incredible organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Upbeat and positive attitude.
Solid data entry skills.
Must have strong Excel experience. Someone who could teach another person advanced techniques in Excel would be best.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bonus Qualifications
Export Documentation and Ocean Export skills
Experience in export operations
Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field
Role Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
Compensation: $40k-$50k
