Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial plans with measurable goals, tracking performance against targets.
Create and implement financial policies and processes to ensure efficient operations.
Forecast and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
Handle payroll and budgeting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
Reconcile ledgers and accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor corporate investments and provide recommendations as needed.
Prepare for annual audits and assist with the audit process.
Update internal records and maintain an organized filing system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000/yr
