Full Charge Bookkeeper | Pay up to $60K

Job Description: The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing the financial records of various clients. Primary duties will include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and preparing monthly compilation financial statements. This role will work closely with clients to ensure their financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple entities.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare monthly compilation financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Assist with year-end closing and audit preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any financial inquiries or issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
