Human Resources Business Partner
The HR Business Partner supports HR functions and serves as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries at all levels. This role requires knowledge of HR processes like performance management, employee engagement, and employment law. The HRBP is hands-on, problem-solving, and responsible for addressing employee inquiries, conducting investigations, and supporting leadership with HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees and leadership via phone, email, or in-person with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and manage exit interviews.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and corrective actions.
- Generate reports on HR metrics and support training as needed.
- Manage HR administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with performance reviews, HR-related projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably supporting 200 employees.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
- SHRM-CP certification preferred.
