As the HR Leader for Element Logic Americas, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our people strategy as part of our global People & Culture team. Your mission is to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that our people strategy drives sustainable growth in the U.S. and Latam markets. In this role, you will navigate both national and international HR frameworks, ensuring compliance while driving change and fostering a dynamic, forward-thinking workplace culture.
