What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Payroll Coordinator position at AppleOne Employment Services?
Job Purpose : Assist with workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, HRIS, benefits administration, new hire processing and orientation, and compliance. Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll. Ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time, while also supporting HR processes.
Essential Functions :
- HRIS data and management reports (Paycom experience a plus).
- Create ad-hoc reports on demand.
- Run monthly benefits eligibility reports.
- Conduct new hire orientation, new hire paperwork and assist in recruiting process.
- Conduct background checks.
- Assist with workers’ compensation.
- Coordinates benefits administration.
- Coordinates 401(k) eligibility and set-up.
- Onboarding / off boarding.
