Outside Sales Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive business development within the wholesale bridal industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Initiate outreach through cold calls and email campaigns to bridal shops and boutiques nationwide, introducing wedding gown collections and establishing rapport with potential clients.
- Sales Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and product showcases to introduce new collections to bridal shops and assist clients in selecting products that fit their customer base.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, emerging industry trends, and potential markets for growth in the wholesale bridal sector.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and report on quota achievements. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in outside sales, ideally in wholesale, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
