**What You’ll Do:**
- Travel to locations like Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and other states such as California, Texas, and New Jersey (paid housing and potential helicopter tours provided)
- Manage a territory of approximately 10,000 people by going door-to-door
- Become a renewable energy and smart home expert, educating homeowners on solar products
- Attend ongoing training and team-building sessions to increase your sales potential
- Set appointments and help families save money through our customer-focused sales approach
- Represent professionally while communicating with homeowners and generating interest
**Qualifications:**
- Willingness to go door-to-door and meet customers face-to-face
- Strong goal-setting abilities and self-motivation
- Coachable, adaptable, and resourceful
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work Tuesday – Saturday (7 hours per day)
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be 18 years old
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Must have a cell phone with internet and data
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Pay range: $50,000 - $300,000 per year (top earners make over $500,000)
- Commission-based earnings with bonus opportunities
- Paid training and a $300 training bonus
- Paid trips to exciting destinations like Cancun, Switzerland, and Hawaii
