Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business development within the wholesale bridal industry. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and cultivating long-term relationships with bridal shops to promote and sell high-quality wedding dresses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling & Prospecting : Initiate outreach through cold calls and email campaigns to bridal shops and boutiques nationwide, introducing wedding gown collections and establishing rapport with potential clients.
- Sales Development : Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the product line, including gown styles, fabrics, and customization options, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and product showcases to introduce new collections to bridal shops and assist clients in selecting products that fit their customer base.
- Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities, emerging industry trends, and potential markets for growth in the wholesale bridal sector.
- Reporting & Metrics : Track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and report on quota achievements. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including customer service and logistics, to ensure a seamless client experience from order placement to delivery.
