Join the Generator Supercenter team as a Sales Representative and contribute to providing reliable power solutions to their customers. If you have a passion for sales, a technical aptitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with customers to understand their power requirements, backup needs, and budget constraints
- Recommend appropriate standby generator models, sizing, and additional equipment based on customer needs
- Communicate technical specifications in a clear and understandable manner to address customer questions and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- High School Diploma required, additional education is a plus
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within home services or the power equipment industry (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Generators)
- Proficiency using various technology platforms: CRM systems, Microsoft 365 products, Google Workspace, and other sales-related software (knowledge of Mailchimp, Insightly, ServiceTitan, Hoovers is a plus)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites, as required
- Willingness to utilize personal vehicle for all work travel
