- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure program goals are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications to support program activities
- Schedule meetings, organize events, and maintain documentation and records
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and outcomes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
