Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay: $25 – $27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to a team of property managers across the county. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing quality housing management services.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support Property Managers across the county
- Lead property operations including inspections, tenant relations, and unit management
- Manage applications, lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation
- Ensure deadlines and program requirements are met
- Act as the point of contact for escalated tenant issues
- Support and train team members on processes, regulations, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of Property Management experience required
- Experience with Low-Income Housing or Section 8 preferred – willing to train the right person
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and deadline driven
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
