We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Administrator to become an integral part of our expanding sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and place incoming orders for the company.
Review and verify order details to ensure completeness and correctness before submission.
Serve as the main point of contact between vendors and the sales team, facilitating clear communication.
Review order acknowledgments for accuracy, making any necessary adjustments.
Keep the sales team informed with updates on order status, including pricing changes, shipping dates, and contracts.
Proactively follow up on orders, ensuring timely progression through each stage.
Generate and send Purchase Orders to the sales team.
Create Work Orders once orders are fully acknowledged and verified.
Process Sales Order Change Forms and Margin Erosion Forms when needed.
Provide additional support to the sales team as required, contributing to ongoing success.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Quick to adapt, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools).
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
At least 1-2 years of sales-related experience.
