About the Role :

We are seeking a sharp, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our growing team. This is an in-office, full-time position for a commercial General Contractor , and we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience estimating full-building projects across multiple trades, including site work and electrical . The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who is used to handling projects in the $5M range and wants to grow with the company long-term.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end estimating for commercial construction projects (NO residential or high-rise experience)
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for general contracting projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate pricing
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and leadership to develop competitive pricing strategies
• Work on projects including site work, electrical, and full-building construction
• Conduct risk assessments, cost analysis, and budget forecasting
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate :

7 years of commercial estimating experience in General Contracting (NO trade estimators)

Strong knowledge of site work, electrical, and full-building estimating

Experience handling $5M projects in healthcare / medical construction is a plus

Stable work history (at least 4 years in each role )

Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills

Must be local and willing to work in the office full-time (no remote work)
