We are seeking an experienced Support Services Assistant Director to join our team at AppleOne Employment Services. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare high-quality drafts and finished materials, including technical content and terminology related to our support services.
- Conduct research, compile, and summarize various informational materials; prepare draft and/or final correspondence, narrative reports, and other written materials using such information.
- Perform additional tasks requested by department heads and managers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years' full-time experience as an administrative assistant in an executive office environment.
- Minimum of two years' experience performing word processing and working with databases, graphs, and spreadsheets.
- Requires a minimum of 55-60 wpm typing and/or keystrokes and the ability to type accurately from rough drafts or voice recording equipment. A typing assessment will be given.
- A 2-year AA degree in Business or a related discipline and/or the equivalent in training and experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of Business English usage, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- Regular and reliable attendance and performance are required.
