The Seniors At Home program offers a wide range of services to help older adults live safe, healthy, and independent lives, including home care, personal assistant services, companionship, and specialized dementia and palliative care. We provide the Bay Area's leading continuum of care for aging adults.
POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the supervision of the Director of Seniors At Home, the Director of Personal Assistant Services leads and oversees a high-quality, concierge-level care program that supports older adults maintain independence across all five JFCS service regions. This role combines strategic leadership, direct client engagement, and oversees Personal Assistant recruitment, retention and performance to ensure exceptional service. The Director also conducts client assessments, develops individualized care plans, and drives program growth through business development and marketing efforts to expand outreach, and performance optimization.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
- Salary Range : $95,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)
- Employment Type : full-time, exempt position with benefits
- Employer 403(b) retirement match plus additional employer contribution (subject to eligibility)
