SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficient in HRIS systems and tools as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong people skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
