We are seeking Technical Project Support in Palm Beach County, FL.
Project Summary:
- Candidates will be required to prepare, deploy and support check in to include desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers and network devices.
- Candidates will be assigned to locations, and will be assigned to support the region.
Project Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to work in a high pressure environment
- Must have the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
Technical Requirements:
- IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience with hands on experience required
- A Certification preferred
- Must have basic understanding of LAN and WiFi technologies
- Must have basic understanding of laser printing technologies
- Must be Customer Support friendly
- Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues and provide step by step solutions
