What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at AppleOne?
We are seeking an Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting team of a national GPO who is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. This position will be responsible for a diverse range of accounting duties, including, but not limited to, receiving of invoices, data entry, facilitating payment processing of outstanding invoices in a timely manner, processing POs to ensure pass-through billing to members, coding of invoices, etc.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, be familiar with EDI vendor activity functions, intermediate Excel skills, and a proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERM program.
This is a full time, direct hire position paying $55K - $57K annually depending upon experience and requires a clear background check. HS diploma required, and some college level accounting courses are preferred.
