Our client, an established Commercial Property Management company is seeking an AR Associate to assist on site in a contract to hire opportunity.
The schedule is 8am-5pm with an hour lunch.
See below for daily responsibilities.
Must be able to work at a fast pace, perform duties while under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely
manner, to interact / communicate with other employees, owners, tenants, vendors, and the public in a
professional and pleasant manner.
- Post all cash receipts received from owners / tenants and monthly recurring charges to owners / tenants.
- Prepare tenant / client invoices and tenant charge-backs for processing.
- Assist Controller with owner / tenant questions and concerns, as they relate to accounts
receivable.
