We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Air Export Coordinator to join a dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating air export shipments, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods, and handling all related documentation and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee air export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing from start to finish.
Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to confirm shipment details and resolve any issues.
Track shipments and update clients with status reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including customs and import / export laws.
Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Process billing and invoicing for export shipments and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Monitor and maintain shipment schedules to prevent delays and optimize efficiency.
Resolve any issues related to shipment discrepancies, delays, or customs clearance problems.
Maintain accurate records and files related to export activities.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in air export coordination or a similar logistics role.
Strong knowledge of air export procedures, documentation, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
