We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with 5 years of residential drafting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field and be able to provide a sample portfolio showcasing their work. This role involves preparing detailed technical drawings and construction documents for residential projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
5 years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of residential building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications..
Key Responsibilities :
Develop detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
Utilize CAD software to create accurate and high-quality residential designs.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to refine project details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and company standards.
