They are seeking an Audit Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join their team. This role offers a great work-life balance, with consistent hours throughout the year, averaging 40-45 hours per week.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to manage audit engagements, lead a team of auditors, and work closely with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage multiple audit engagements from planning to completion.
Lead and mentor audit teams, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of audits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Review and evaluate financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS.
Assist in managing the overall efficiency of audit processes and identify areas for improvement.
Role Breakdown :
60% Corporate Audits : Work with clients in manufacturing, distribution, construction, and contract companies.
40% Compliance Audits : Perform 401(k) compliance audits.
Client Base : 60% of clients are private companies, so experience with private company audits is essential.
Qualifications :
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred.
1-3 years of Management auditing experience.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, tax laws, and financial reporting.
Experience working with private companies is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with ERISA audits.
Compensation :
Salary : $135,000 – $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
