Prepare and submit comprehensive Audit reports that clearly document audit findings, issues identified & provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Review workpapers and reports prepared by team members to ensure they meet departmental standards and validate audit findings with appropriate supporting documentation. Effectively communicate audit findings, observations & recommendations to senior management, ensuring understanding and prompt action. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls using established risk methodologies to safeguard the organization's financial integrity. Communicate potential control weaknesses, policy violations, or procedural lapses to management in a timely & clear manner.
