Rize Credit Union is hiring a Loan Services Supervisor to lead and develop a team of up to nine individuals within our Consumer Lending department. Reporting to the Manager of Consumer Loan Processing and Servicing, this role ensures smooth loan servicing operations, compliance with regulations, and outstanding member service.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise loan servicing, DMV, and loan administration functions
✔ Monitor loan production, post-funding processes, and compliance
✔ Manage escalations, reporting, and department scheduling
✔ Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
✔ Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience
What You Bring:
✔ 3-5 years’ experience in consumer loan servicing or lending operations
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in loan origination systems and Microsoft 365
✔ Experience in project management and process improvement (preferred)
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
