We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to assist with heavy call volumes. This role requires proficiency in Spanish and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with heavy call volumes, providing excellent customer service in both Spanish and English.
- Input and manage call information efficiently.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
