We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development professional to cultivate and expand our relationships within the residential and multifamily markets. This key role will focus on both nurturing existing client partnerships and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with the VP of Sales and Division Managers, you'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate and high-quality project execution, encompassing scheduling, customer service, material management, and other related tasks. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
What You'll Do :
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Division Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and participate in weekly alignment meetings.
Communicate effectively with customers, Division Managers, and vendors regarding projects.
What You'll Need :
Familiarity with production home builders.
Construction experience is preferred.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
Ability to take direction and learn new skills quickly.
Excellent organizational skills.
Clear and accurate verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications :
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma.
Strong work ethic.
