Job Title : Change Implementation Coordinator - Compliance
Location : Charlotte, NC Uptown Parking NOT included
Onsite / Remote Work : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (flexible onsite days).
Pay Rate : $35.78 / hour
Contract Duration : Strictly contract through end of the year.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Implementation Coordinator to join the Control Room Compliance Team of a Fortune 500 bank. This role requires a strong background in Kanban and Agile methodologies, as well as experience in the securities domain, to support and enhance our compliance initiatives. The team ensures that employees operate within regulatory compliance in the securities sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance changes.
Utilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
Conduct requirement gathering and analysis to support compliance projects.
Manage test processes using JIRA.
Participate in various testing types and phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on JIRA Agile, defect tracking, and regression testing.
Participate in UAT Testing and other types of testing.
Track defects and user stories in JIRA for effective progress monitoring.
Communicate independently and efficiently with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications :
Experience in compliance product management.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban SDLC methodologies.
Jira : Defect tracking in Jira and user stories management.
Agile : Strong knowledge and application of Agile methodologies.
UAT Testing : Experience in UAT and other testing phases.
FINRA : Knowledge of FINRA and regulatory compliance standards.
Strong background in QA testing.
Excellent skills in test management and issue tracking using JIRA.
Experience with securities, broker, and regulatory terminology (FINRA).
Communication : Strong communication skills, with an ability to work independently.
BA background preferred.
