What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at AppleOne?
Customer Relations Specialist will be taking an enthusiastic approach to customer support. Escalated call experience and accurate data entry skills will be keys to success in this stable, family-oriented organization. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, answering questions, scheduling / rescheduling service, provide customer relations, detailed and accurate data entry for our clients!
HOURS : 7 : 30-4 : 30 Mon - Friday This position is ONSITE in an office environment.
Must be have a minimum of 3 years in a call center, intermediate Excel skills, type 45 WPM minimum (assessments will be given), use multiple screens, able to work as a member of the team. Interviews are being scheduled now.
