The Client Success Representative will be the face of the company with a high level of professionalism to present the organization or company in the best light possible. This role will involve engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Research customer inquiries and provide answers by drawing from available resources through eh company organization including customer service, warehouse, purchasing, sales, etc.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
Research customer inquiries and provide answers by drawing from available resources throughout the company organization including customer service, warehouse, purchasing, sales
Managing incoming phone calls effectively
Stay knowledgeable and up to date on lighting products, services and industry trends.
Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain customer database and contacts with all pertinent information and data
Maintains daily open order and back-order reports to monitor sales status and communication with customers
Enter sales opportunities, including pricing quotes, into the company’s database/system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
Provide price/product information
Handle inquiries about deliveries
Follow up on cold and warm leads via phone and email to advance the sales process
Collaborate with regional sales managers, rep agencies, and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus
Minimum 5 years inexperience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Efficient, organized and ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn systems and processes relatively easily
Ability to be respectful to peers and work cohesively in a team perspective
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Be able to work independently and be resourceful, taking initiative
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and NetSuite experience is preferred.
