Key Responsibilities :
Analyze compensation data and trends to maintain competitive pay structures.
Develop and deliver training programs on compensation policies and practices.
Collaborate with HR teams to support recruitment efforts and attract top talent.
Administer employee contracts, including considerations for FMLA compliance.
Leverage HRIS systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, and ADP for data management and reporting.
Conduct market research to provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments.
Guide management on compensation-related issues and strategies.
Design and implement compensation, payroll, and benefits plans while ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements.
Develop salary administration programs, grade structures, and incentive programs.
Participate in salary surveys to align company compensation with strategic goals.
Reevaluate benefit programs annually for cost-effectiveness and legal compliance.
Benchmark job classifications and develop job descriptions with assigned job codes.
Analyze the impact of business financials on compensation strategies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications :
Proven experience in a compensation analysis role or similar HR position.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, ADP) is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills for conveying information to stakeholders.
Familiarity with FMLA regulations and contract management is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Possession of a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
