Our client is a non-profit organization who is looking for a Corporate Paralegal.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate or in-house paralegal experience, project management, and worked in diverse practice area firm. This candidate will be handling various projects!
The Corporate Paralegal will be working in the Legal and Housing Department.
This position is a contract position 6-12 months and pays $30 / hr-$35 / hr.
Legal Support Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- Obtaining, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing legal documentation.
- Legal Research and Analysis : Assisting General Counsel with legal research and analysis.
- Managing contracts and projects.
- Loan document support for the Housing Department.
- Maintaining and updating legal files and records.
- Calendar Management : Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ensure proper organization of internal matters.
- Conducting research on housing policies, impact investment requirements, regulations, & best practices.
- Preparing and organizing housing documentation.
- Assisting with file management and record-keeping.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports based on document reviews.
- Coordinating with external professionals involved in loan applications, closing, or investment documentation.
