Job Summary :
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support the client's growing staffing needs. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and handle all aspects of full-cycle recruitment. Your role will also involve handling onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews to job offers and onboarding.
Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
Talent Pipelines : Build and manage external talent pipelines and create sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Onboarding : Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and pre-start activities.
Candidate Communication : Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Data Management : Maintain accurate candidate records, update statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and generate recruitment reports.
Compliance : Ensure recruitment practices comply with all state and federal labor laws.
Diversity and Inclusion : Partner with hiring managers on diversity initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices.
Recruitment Metrics : Monitor KPIs and recruitment metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
Recruitment Events : Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to engage with potential candidates.
External Partnerships : Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and organizations to expand candidate sourcing.
Background Checks & Drug Screens : Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and relevant laws.
Special Projects : Contribute to special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment. Non-profit experience is a plus.
Recruitment Knowledge : Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in ATS systems, recruiting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills
