Shift : This does require working Saturdays and Sundays
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a dynamic office environment. Ideal candidates will have previous banking experience and be proficient in both numeric (10-key) and alphanumeric data entry. In this role, you will handle transactions, balance payments, and identify discrepancies on invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Data entry (10-key and alphanumeric)
Quality checking and administrative work
Balancing and processing payments
Resolving discrepancies on invoices and payments
Working in an office clerical environment with a focus on attention to detail
Required Qualifications :
2 years of Operations support experience (banking experience highly preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
Experience with handling and processing payments accurately
The team works diligently to ensure all tasks are completed, so flexibility with varying work hours (some longer, some shorter days) is required.
