Key Responsibilities:
- Operates a data entry terminal with speed and accuracy for a variety of data processing applications in a high-volume operation.
- Inputs a high volume of information into computer files, databases, or systems.
- Proofreads and verifies information keyed.
- Processes information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintains filing systems and departmental records.
- May perform other clerical duties as directed.
- This role is to support team during a system conversion.
- Candidate will be grabbing prints from que and imaging them to ensure user can complete their intake.
- They will be using Microsoft word and excel products to complete tasks of using emails to scan into a shared group mailbox.
- They will need to meet production requirements and handle assigned workload.
- They will work with a team of about 30-40 people at this location.
- This is not a customer facing role and they will only be working with other employees of the bank.
- They will need to be able to move around from desk to printer to mailboxes and back to desk.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Data entry, Tech savvy, database management
- Experience using Microsoft Word
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Flexible and able to manage multiple applications at one time.
- Able to move around freely in enclosed spaces as they have to come to 9th floor and then go to printers, scan and check mailboxes etc. work is not fully sitting.
