What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at AppleOne?
We have an immediate need for a Dispatcher.
This position will be responsible for the following :
- Heavy Phones
- Communicate instructions and load info to the drivers
- ETA's
- Make pack and cover calls to agents during both peak and non-peak season
- Run Various Reports for the department
- Updates, questions, and new info from and to CS
- Address and track down driver paperwork issues and accounting
- Accident report filing when needed
- Tracing down drivers for logs
- Any additional duties as requested by Operations Manager or GM
