Job Title : Entry Level Fulfillment Specialist
Job Overview :
This position involves accurately selecting and packing items ordered by internal service support offices, customers who have purchased DIY home security products, and authorized dealers for shipment across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Inventory updates are tracked through a warehouse management system using a handheld scanning device connected wirelessly to the network.
Qualifications :
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of prior pick / pack or distribution center experience
Ability to pass hazmat certification
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements :
Experience using Oracle, SAP, or another warehouse management system
Responsibilities :
Accurately select and pack items ordered by internal service support offices, DIY home security customers, and authorized dealers for shipment
Use a handheld scanning device to interface with the warehouse management system
Correct shipment issues in the quality assurance (QA) area
Release and print orders for processing
Induct orders onto the conveyor for further processing by team members
This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, supporting both internal and external customers by maintaining efficiency in the warehouse and distribution process.
