ABOUT THIS JOB:
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the creation and quality checking of products on a variety of fulfillment lines. This individual will check quality, operate machinery, and package products for Namify’s clients. The job is fast paced and challenging. This position is an entry level position with heavy training. This individual will be flexed between several stations and become familiar with many fulfillment processes. They must be able to manage their own time, take direction effectively, function as a team player, and have a high desire to learn and improve processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily tasks as assigned by the Director of Fulfillment
- Picking and packaging of stock and multiline items
- Scanning and invoicing orders
- Understand principles of shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Follow standard processes set for each task
- Manage time efficiently while also helping to hold others accountable
- Meet goals for each process related to shipping and receiving
- Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency
- Ensures that all waste is reported accurately

Requirements
- Willing and able to learn processes and perform tasks quickly and accurately.
- Able to work in a standing position for 6 hours a day.
- Experience pulling and packaging orders preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of computers.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

- Director of Fulfillment
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, between 9:00am-5:00pm (Part-Time)
WORK SPACE INFO:
This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.
TRAINING:
Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
SAFETY:
