Family Law Attorney- HYBRID Family Law Associate Attorney, you will be a key member of our team, leading complex family law cases and serving as a mentor to junior attorneys. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and a supportive structure for balancing professional and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the lead attorney on complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
• Strategically manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout the Central Florida area.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Mentor and lead junior associates and paralegals, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for achieving favorable client outcomes. Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in family law litigation.
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients navigating challenging situations.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
