Family Law Attorney- HYBRID Family Law Associate Attorney, you will be a key member of our team, leading complex family law cases and serving as a mentor to junior attorneys. Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the lead attorney on complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
- Strategically manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout the Central Florida area.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Mentor and lead junior associates and paralegals, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for achieving favorable client outcomes. Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in family law litigation.
- Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients navigating challenging situations.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
