Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage intricate family law cases, encompassing divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
• Oversee the entirety of cases from inception to resolution, including the drafting of pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Represent clients during depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials across the Central Florida region.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring effective and compassionate communication.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals, supporting their professional growth.
• Collaborate with the legal team to devise strategic approaches aimed at securing favorable outcomes for clients.
