Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage intricate family law cases, encompassing divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
- Oversee the entirety of cases from inception to resolution, including the drafting of pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Represent clients during depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials across the Central Florida region.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring effective and compassionate communication.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals, supporting their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the legal team to devise strategic approaches aimed at securing favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong courtroom presence coupled with exceptional advocacy skills.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and compassion for clients navigating challenging legal circumstances.
- Proficient in managing multiple cases independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in-good-standing admission to the Florida Bar.
