Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting audits as necessary.
- Support employee performance management by tracking evaluations, goals, and development plans.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Handle employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with compensation analysis and ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
