Inside Sales / Account Manager

Inside Sales responsibility : o Reply and follow up on customer inquires o Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, online research, and marketing activities). o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. o Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product / service recommendations. o Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes. o Negotiate contracts & close sales deal to achieve or exceed sales targets. o Maintain accurate records of sales activities. o Initiating and follow up internally during the Contract Review process o Manage customer portals o Maintain and update internal metrics for the sales department Qualifications : o Proven experience in inside sales and / or customer service, preferably in a technical environment. o Ability to learn technical concepts rather quickly. o Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. o Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Customer portals.
