This LMS Integration Specialist Position Features:
• LMS Integration Specialist
• Flexible availability Monday thru Friday 6am EST to 1AM EST
• MUST have previous experience with LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle, etc.)
• Pay to $17.50/hr
Our Client is a global learning company (education) searching for LMS Integration Specialists that will provide email and phone support to customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Complete End of School and Back to School integration activities for existing integration customers
• Guides customers throughout the implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice
• Documents all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties are informed on progress
• Logs any bugs or feature request in JIRA.
YOU ARE ALREADY GREAT AT THESE:
• 2 years of experience in customer success related to software implementation
• Experience with major Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle
• Familiar with MH Courseware (Connect, ALEKS, Simnet)
• Proven ability to talk with IT professionals and adapt conversation based on technical ability of internal and external customers
