3 years technical experience in the food or beverage industry
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance program development, implementation, and prioritization.
- Strong accountability and follow-through skills
- Ability to life 50 pounds
- General project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills as it relates to disseminating and gathering information to staff and management.
- Ability to understand technical issues and understand impact on projects, and effectively communicate these issues and impact to direct reports
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred

Summary : Maintenance personnel are responsible for conducting maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility, including factory equipment, machinery, and overall plant maintenance.
Duties include preventive maintenance program activities, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems and supporting the facility to ensure maximum production quality and quantity while supporting company objectives. In the unlikely case that the Maintenance personnel is unable to perform his / her job responsibilities or abruptly leaves the company, the Maintenance Manager will cover to fulfill duties until the position is filled. The backup for maintenance employee is the Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for designated tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
