Immediate need for a temporary Office Manager / Bookkeeper for about 3 months or so. This is for a project for a local government related organization. This position has a governmental structure. Employees will perform administrative support to a department in areas such as budget, personnel or a departmental program or function, as well as providing responsible secretarial support to management staff. Employees at this level are required to be fully trained in all procedures related to assigned area of responsibility, may be required to perform department-related special administrative assignments or projects, and may act as the Office Manager within the department with solid accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Additional Skills
Requires having budgetary experience, a bookkeeper with strong administrative experience is highly preferred. Strong Excel skills and the ability to type a minimum of 50wpm is required. Strong written and verbal communications is highly preferred.
Salary : $91,500 - $99,800
