Pay: $28–$42/hr. (DOE)

Client Law Firm partnered with AppleOne is seeking an experienced Trust Administration & Probate Paralegal to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage Trust Administration cases from inception to completion
Lead Conservatorship and Probate cases throughout the legal process
Communicate with clients, providing guidance and updates
Gather, organize, and evaluate asset information
Prepare Trust & Probate accountings
File court documents, schedule court appearances, and provide courtroom support
Organize case files and schedules for client consultations and hearings
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Trust Administration, Conservatorships, or Probates
Paralegal certification or qualifications per Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (Actionstep experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Reliable transportation to Newport Beach office or willingness to relocate
