Trial Paralegal – Costa Mesa, CA

We are searching for a talented Trial Paralegal to join our Litigation Team and help us win big on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft complaints and pleadings, including but not limited to CMC statements and other court approved forms, written discovery (propounding and responding), etc.
- Calendaring relevant litigation deadlines, filing/service in state and federal courts.
- Assist in drafting trial prep documents, including but not limited to: Jury Instructions, Witness Lists, Exhibit Lists, Motions in Limine, Trial Binders, trial subpoenas/on-call agreements.
- Interfacing with clients via written correspondence, zoom calls to go over discovery and/or deposition preparation.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Personal Injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) is highly preferred.
- Excellent time management, proof reading, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experienced working in a paperless environment.
- Able to learn cutting edge technology like Esquire Tek and other AI-assisted platforms.
- Paralegal certificate is required.
